Dear Club Aikido Members,


I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all participants who took time to train in the sessions during Andrew Shihan (7 Dan) and Irene Shihan’s (6 Dan) visit. Your attendance and presence are truly appreciated.


And Congratulations to Victor Ong and Alfred Chua to have successfully, confidently, comfortably passed their 2nd Dan grading. Well done!


I’m also grateful to everyone who supported this event, whether through attendance, generous contributions, or helping behind the scenes. Your kindness and camaraderie made the visit memorable. A warm thank you as well to those who joined us for the simple yet delightful welcome dinner.


Looking ahead, hope to plan a long-awaited trip to NZ sometime in mid-2026 (before or after their winter) for a visit!
