We are updating our grading policy with immediate effect.

Key Changes:

· Grading is now optional. Participation in Mudansha (Kyu) and Yudansha (Dan) gradings is no longer compulsory.

· Interested and eligible trainees are encouraged to submit their Grading Forms as usual.

· All existing grading rules and guidelines remain in effect.

· Any trainee (adults or children) who prefers not to grade can continue their regular training without any obligation.

· Our dojo etiquette regarding seating order by Yudansha/Mudansha rank will continue to be observed.

If you have any questions about your eligibility or the grading process, please feel free to speak with me privately.

Thank you for your dedication to your training.

Happy training!

'The key to good technique is to keep your hands, feet, and hips straight and centered. If you are centered, you can move freely.

The physical center is your belly; if your mind is set there as well, you are assured of victory in any endeavor.'
